Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days prior to arrival incur a 1 night penalty and applicable product penalties. Valid May 1, 2004-December 16, 2004, and January 2, 2005-April 30, 2005. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival incur FULL penalty and applicable product penalties. Valid May 1, 2004-December 16, 2004, and January 2, 2005-April 30, 2005. Cancellations made on or after November 1, 2004 will incur full penalties and applicable product penalties. Valid December 17, 2004-January 1, 2005. No shows and early departures incur a FULL penalty, and applicable product penalties. A major credit card or cash deposit and photo I.D. is required upon check-in to cover phone and incidental charges. Guests attending a convention may not use this package for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be charged directly by the hotel. Hotel occupancy, city tax, and in-roof safe fees are included in vacation price. 4:00 p.m. check-in. 11:00 a.m. check-out. Minimum check-in age is 18 year-round.
